cowboy ken 0 Posted November 2, 2019 hi i am having some big issues trying to get dayz to load . all i get is a black screen and then a crash report saying 0xCFFFFFFF STATUS_APPLICATION_HANG Ii have deleted the game reinstalled it through steam i have checked integrity of files i have deleted steam and re installed it i have just formatted my pc and reinstalled a clean copy of windows and i still get the black screen can anyone help please Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Pavel Egorov 0 Posted March 18, 2021 (edited) The same problem, but at first there was a error code 0x00000001 - UNABLE_TO_INIT_DXGI, after reinstalling Steam and the game itself, the error code became 0xCFFFFFFF STATUS_APPLICATION_HANG Can anyone explain what you encountered and how to fix these errors?
