Teleported into the ocean

This has happened three days in a row now. Suddenly myself and anyone around me is teleported to some body of water where we are both dead instantly. Seems like a fall since we get broken bones.

Anyone know what the cause of this is. Anyway to help prevent it from occurring. Happening all too frequently now.

Hackers, most likely. Everyone on the server gets teleported to a spawn location high up in the air and dropped to there death. Its lame shit. Hopefully the hacker issue can be taken care of at some point.
