Problem with LOG IN on the new serwers!

Hello guys!

Few people from our group cannot log in to the server after moving it from NL to DE.
Our server is DE 4737 (formerly NL 4737). I thought that after the restart everything would return to normal, 
but the problem has been going on for over 24 hours.
