Tank Crew skin and no backpack... HELP!

I have a "little" problem. I played on UK21 for 15min when suddenly a little lag came and all Zombies disappeared. After that my Coyote Bagpack is gone and i have a Tankdriver Skin. I dont know whats happened but i cant take any bagpacks...
