4x4 quads with cargo space

can we add 4x4 quads like the Honda ranchero? something smaller than a car with smaller fuel capacity but able to carry cargo like 100 units. it would be perfect in a role play scenario or scouting and recon, scavenging, raiding. you could load up a tent and a jerry can and go set up a scout tent or hunting camp.. the cars are big and have horrible mobility on dirt roads and open fields.. a small quad would be awesome.
