Repeating bleed injury after treatment

Hi guys, 

Have a problem need assistance with keep getting the bleeding/cut icon coming up repeatedly even tho I have treated the injury with a disinfected rag just keeps coming back any thoughts how I deal with this. This happens if after a fight with a Z
