Problems with ban

I got banned from the steam community for repeatedly swearing. Ban was received for a long time, five or six years ago, actually I realized my error, can I get the lifting of the ban that once again could communicate in the community? If wrote not there, request point to, to whom to knock on my problem..

The steam was applied, they said they can't help, you need to contact the leadership of the community... My nickname to the incentive Soldat27
