DayZ Launcher doesn't start

I have player DayZ from the Launcher before but now I get this error when I open it.

I have Visual Studio C++ 2013 but I think I need an older version than I have, but I can't find any link to download it.

Haha yeah it happened to me too, but nvm some brazilian guy help me out and now I cant open de launcher, thx anyways.
