Why has the "server" I purchased not yet activated?

I bought a server with 64 players and 30 days yesterday, around 19:00 or 20:00 hours and still not activated, is this normal?

I just need to wait?
If so, how long?

Wait for your server to get ready and, depending on the time it took, open a support ticket at nitrado and ask for a discount. Whats what i/we would do in that situation.

...and be glad you don't have to deal with even worse server hosters like Fragnet...brrr...the bane of my existence.
