Cannot put 2 weapons on my back.

I'm running a modded server and for some reason I can't put a second gun on my back anymore. I've tried disabling multiple mods to see if they were interfering with the feature but that was not the case sadly.

If anybody has experienced this before and found a fix for this I would highly appreciate it.
