Pristine clothing and gear...

Have noticed that the clothing you start out with is staying in pristine condition. I'm wearing the same hiking pants my character started with and they're in pristine condition and that's after 3 days of playing and lots of traveling. In the same time I've had to repair a bag, repair and replace boots, sew jacket etc

Also noticed a black tactical vest I grabbed off a zombie soldier is still showing pristine condition, even after killing him with a nailed bat...
