Every Server - "Kicked from the server (Timeout)"

Everytime I try to join a server via Dayz (no mods), or using DZSA Launcher it tells me "You were kicked from the game (Timeout)" I have spent hours trying to fix this. I have completely uninstalled Dayz (and mods) about 4 times. Have verified mods and regular Dayz on steam. I can not seem to fix this. This has been going on for a week now when I installed Dayz fresh without playing it for 2 years.

Timeout has nothing to do with the files. It's your connection. Do you use a firewall or antivirus? One of those may be preventing your connection.

I have 150 download and 10 upload. I live in Texas. I have tried turning off my firewall and it doesn't fix anything. I use windows defender for my antivirus....

I have also added the correct ports to port forwarding and double checked my allowed programs via windows antivirus.
