So after being told, it will be up today and "soon" my server order is STILL after 3 days Pending.

Reading the forums here I've found that people who ordered YESTERDAY have had their servers up and active.

Seriously what the fuck. I've contacted support via ticket, that has been ignored for 2 days.

All I have been given is extremely vague information regarding my server and its starting the REALLY piss me off.

If I don't get a reply soon or any information other than SOON or IT WILL BE TODAY(Which btw is a complete fucking lie.)

I WANT A REFUND!

Ridiculous, so much for 24/7 support -.-


Seriously, I'm giving you one more day before I recall my money and go somewhere else.

Have you tried getting on teamspeak or skype to talk to them?

Also, it looks like Lee was in surgery and Johnny was with his family for the Fourth of July.

I've never had any problems with them....

Give them time man. We here at hfb were hit with TONS of orders and i know vilayer also had lots of orders and had to purchase several machines to keep up with demand. I know Lee has just had an operation and he takes care of a lot of the stuff at vilayer so things might be a bit delayed just give them time. They are a great company and have great support.

Yes I have spoke to them the day before yesterday where they told me it would today.

Then I was told yesterday "soon" its really getting on my nerves, the fact that other people have had their servers up who ordered AFTER me & them not being honest with me. Jesus, it just really makes my blood boil.


Give them time man. We here at hfb were hit with TONS of orders and i know vilayer also had lots of orders and had to purchase several machines to keep up with demand. I have seriously a whole server waiting to be able to get on.

If it was just my money then I wouldn't care, but its my members money and that's something I like to keep them updated about but I cant tell them "soon" or "today" when its actually not going to be.

Hey man your not alone...

As i and others have said.. there has been massive interest and along with Lee who does everything foe vilayer and johnny being away for 4th july shizzle... there may be a longer than expected wait for assistance...

You wont be dissapointed and it will get sorted... just needs a bit of time.. and yes i understand your frustration... unfortuantely these things happen!

I understand that but I'd rather them be honest with me about it than them just telling me soon or today and then not giving me any info to why its not been sorted.

I went with them because of the great feedback people have given them.

I'm sure I wont be disappointed with them but this should have been sorted.

Yeah i understand what you are saying, i'm just saying this is very unlike Vilayer they are normally allways contactable, Lee seems to work 24/7 most days, the answer tickets fast, john is allways on here..

Sometimes things do happen and cant be avoided.. I'm sure its just a blip and everything will be sorted at the earliest possible time..

PS Also i got your message on TS as well sry didnt see it till i logged off, i wasnt ignoring you!

Sorry the past day or so are a little blurry, smoked myself to sleep so having a little short term amnesia.

I am having the same issue. I do not see where their TS or Skype is. Can you provide this for us?
