Hello i keep searching the web for a related problem i have, but this seems to be a unique problem.

Im trying to join a whitelisted server, i have confirmed with the server owner several times that i(steamid) am whitelisted.

What happens when i try to join the server i get stuck in the loading screen and after a while i get the msg " You were kicked off the game. (Timeout) "
I can join any other server without any problem at all. 
So what ive done, reinstalled the game. Checked the router and firewall, asked the server admin to remove me from the list and add me back again.
Without any luck, i get the same error msg.

I should point out when the server restarts and people are joining back i get the queue window but when its my turn to get in, same error.
I also asked the server owner if he could provide any log from my attempts and he sent me this "Player "Baconbender"(id=Unknown) has been disconnected"

i have tried everything i can come up with to solve this issue without any luck.
