Need help with configs

Hi guys, can anyone help me with configuration server ? I setup server but cant find in configs any option for disable 3DP or general chat.

You can disable 3DP by increasing the difficulty.

Don't know about the general chat though.

3DP - off

CH - off

general chat - enable

vehicles - on

system message "Player killed" - on

how i make it ?

just difficulty change ? or change some configs ?

You cannot have general chat enabled, you will be blacklisted.

Should have a text editor if you are using a controll panel enabled host, else just find the file:
