Pvp problem

Sometimes shooting players don’t do any damage or apply damage after few seconds... during pvp of bigger groups of players whole server crash or some of players getting aplication error or some s*it like this happens:

Was shooting guy via LAR .308 like 10 times but this guy was immortal climbing ladder...

I have had the same thing to me as.. emptied a clip of 55.6 into a player clear as day I was on target but yet he one shot me.... its to do with the ping and tick rate between all players and the server there is a lot of packet loss of data and I have fast Internet connection and I am hardwired in so it's down to them to make the servers run smooth as it's hard sometimes to die to bullshit like that

Ive noticed on the pc version that bullets/gun/mag can get bugged, gun meant to be jammed but still fires and bullets dont impact or do damage,.. im still figuring how to replicate this issue...
