Internet Connection Req, Please Read

So for a long time I have been plagued with not even decent internet, I am forever looking for multiplayer games that i can play with my connection.

I use a satellite and dial up modem for gaming, and was just wondering if it was possible to play day z with this, preferably at a playable level. If anyone could advise me on this, please say so.
