How to get PMC and BAF running with DayZ (non-steam version)

Hello,

I was playing DayZ several days and I found it would be terrific to have it with hi-res textures somebody mentioned as delivered with BAF and PMC DLC.

I have non-steam version (downloadable from store.bistudio.com) and everything running, but with PMC and BAF I cannot play because its files are not signed.

I have tried following things:

Install BAF and PMC, run both, install betapatch and dayz.

Clean reinstall of everything at once, run, install betapatch, run. Install dayz.

"reinstalling" battleye (in fact it was only two dynamic linked libraries).

I am kinda desperate now. Somebody who will be able to help me?
