VOIP problem

I like to use VOIP so I can talk to other players in game. Probably one of the best and most important things about the game.

And i'm impressed with the mic quality and the fact that it's directional and is louder/ quieter depending on player distance. 

However, there is a really annoying pop and squeak sound that happens after a player has finished talking.
