4 friendly people in a row!

After spawning near Elekro and grabbing some basic gear from the city, i went inland. First stop was castle Rog. As i was making my way down the stairs of the castle i heard the distinct sound of someone crawling just outside the tower. Aiming down the sight with my revolver i was waiting for him to approach the doorway and put a bullet in his head. I have grown this mentality of shoot first, ask questions later after being ripped-off once too many. All the sudden a voice shouted over the comms behind me: 'Hey dude, do you have any morphine, my leg is broken!'. I quickly turned around and this guy was literally laying right behind me. I can tell you i pooped a little. How he got there i will never know. 'Don't shoot me please, i'm friendly!' he said. Having still some humanity left in me i fixed the guy with the only morphine i had and also gave him a bloodbag. He thanked me and placed 3 revolver clips in my backpack as a way of thanks. Not 5 seconds later another guy walked casually in the tower with a hatched in his hand. My survival instinct kicking in i mediately backed off a few steps and pointed the revolver at his face. By now the guy i fixed up suddenly DC'ed. The new guy said he was friendly but yea, i heard that one before. It wouldn't be the first time i saved someones life only to get shot in the back so i was on my guard. He asked me if i needed anything and gave me some more clips for the revolver. He also told me he just bought the game on steam today and this was his first character. I didn't believe a word of that though as he seemed too familiar with the controls. Together we moved north towards Msta, always keeping one eye on him. Once at Msta he found himself a shotgun and could have easily shot me, but he didn't. That is when we met friendly guy nr 3. By now i realized that friendly guy nr2 was actually not too familiar with the game as he seemed to agro every single zombie we came across. And so did friendly guy nr3...

Anyway, we hadn't left Msta yet and friendly guy nr3 was already dead by zombies. Thats when friendly guy nr4 came along with a hatchet in his hands, looked at us, turned around and casually walked away.

I could have easily killed all 4 of them but for some reason i didn't. Maybe it was because i didn't had anything useful on me and it wouldn't matter so much if i died. If i had a lot more useful stuff on me i might just have pulled the trigger out of fear of loosing my character and having to start over again. Or maybe i didn't shoot because they themselves didn't had any useful stuff on them so i did not find it worthy to kill them. Or maybe i'm just a :angel: who knows.
