my game keeps crashing and freezing

last week i was running this game smooth with 50- 70 frames. i didn't play for 3 days and now when i get on dayz i get constant frame drop and then after 5 or 10 mins i freeze and it sits frozen where i haft to wait for task manager to open and manual close the game that way. i watch many Youtube videos and even went and bought a ssd thinking that was the problem. i run other games like csgo just fine with no issue. I've ran this game perfect before so i don't understand what the problem is. has anyone had the same issue?
