I discovered this problem when i was playing just casually , i was looting and game just crashed and when i wanted to reconnect it won´t start and when i tried another servers it was same, please help me , I would like to play game normally as usualy.

It happened to me many times when the server was lagging and the games crashed, after relog in it will show locked in database.The way I solved it is waiting like 10 mins to maybe a half day and try to relog in again and again.I think this problem comes up because of log out unormallly.
