Most Stable US Servers?

Hello everyone,

I for one am tired of glitchy, poorly-hosted servers that drop connection every 5 mins and then reset to lose all your items. (*cough dallas cough*)

Just wondering if anyone can recommend any stable, reliable US severs - veteran preferred.

Or is this sort of instability inevitable for alpha software?

In my experience Chicago 1 is the best server. Not veteran though.

Our Ducksoup Seattle server crashes maybe once every 8 hours. But we run a script that restarts the server INSTANTLY, so down time is no more than 2 minutes. This crash has only been happening since 1.5.7, and after speaking with Adam, this seems to be happening with his servers as well, so this appears to be a 1.5.7 issue, not a server side issue.

I think we are either US13 or 15, not sure, just do a filter for Ducksoup and you will find us.

i noticed this, too. from what i can remember, previous version were more stable and not nearly as laggy. anyways thanks for the suggestion, i'll be to sure to try your server

Chicago 1 original and blues are both very stable and we have a good group of regulars that don't harass other players, currently both are set to veteran, though one of them may be getting 3rd person back but still leaving out the crosshair and spotting system.

Lies' date=' damn lies and statistics from last week! We actually converted to veteran a couple of days ago after listening carefully to player feedback. Then I said "to hell with it," stripped [i']everything, including 3rd person, and explained to everybody how to turn off Headbob (it's in the gameplay options) and widen your FOV by double-tapping numpad minus.

It's great to see the Chicago 1 Series get this much love, and I'd like to remind you all that with 1 admin and 99 other players between Chicago 1 Original and Chicago 1 Blues, you guys are 99% of the play experience for everybody else.
