fix all character rollbacks and my gear getting deleted

every time i log out i get rolled back from a hour to 5 hours back i ran from cherno all the way to tissy all the way back down and got fully reset back to cherno fix this please i cant do anything anymore everytime i do anything my gear gets deleted and im back to where i started out as a freshy
