Setbacks after logouts, server restarts, and crashes

What is going on with this full release?
This is ridiculous man. I'm a strong supporter of this title. I hate the fact that I feel it even necessary to say this, but I'm fed up with losing whole entire bags, guns, clothes, items, inventories, progress, time and effort, from these setbacks you guy's are implementing to combat the exploits. Please, fix your game. I have stuck through the thick of it, everyday.. every bug, glitch, update, break, fix, you name it. Ever since Sept. 12 when I first purchased this on console.
This is game breaking for me, man.
Again today, I lost both mine and my friend's gear because he desynced while being tied up, yet he wasn't tied up on my screen anymore- only his. I was able to view and manage his entire inventory as if he was though. I stripped him out, outta fear the server would crash or he would probably need to log out to correct this mishap. Boom. He logs, he dies, 10mins later. Random server crash, 20 mins before a restart.
We lost all that we gained and was set back to.about 20 minutes prior at an entirely whole different location.
Heard from EVERY player I have spoken with about similar issues experienced, almost, if not every time they log out, get messaged, or restarted.
