Game doesnt work, black screen

Game just doesnt work at all, whenever I launch my game it goes black screen with loading mouse cursor, after i click at any point on my screen it just turns white and some error-box pop up saying "Program Dayz is not responding", tried literally everything, reinstalling, restarting PC, updating graphic drivers, DX and C++ are up to date, disabling antivirus etc., nothing helps.
