Player locked in database

Can anyone help me, every time i try to get into a server i keep getting the message (player locked in database) and i can get in any server to play????????

Security measure that Bohemia put forth to prevent server hoping. Trust me friend I feel your pain mine is locked to in Xbox one and I was only hopping to another server to join my buddies so we can roam together but then I got the message locked in data base so I don’t know how long it will last I emailed them asking for a refund or to unlock my character

Mate im the same i wanted to join friends and i get this. Im new to the game and been following it for some time now. I purchased an xbox for this game and now i cant even play it, if you get any responce could you let me know please
