Character locked in database

Im try to play right now , but my profil can not join the servers, my avatar is in character locked in fucking database , my gamertag in Xbox one si, xFam0uZ NeXuz x , the O in Fam0uz si a zero ! Fix that shit , is incredible the bugs in the game !

It’s not a big Bohemia used this as a security measure to prevent server hoping mine is locked too and don’t know when their going to unlock it I sent them an email but idk when there gonna get back to me I’m on Xbox one as well but I emailed them asking for an unlock or a refund because I was only trying to hop servers to join my friends who weren’t in my server
