lukasforeals 3 Posted July 5, 2012 Was playing on US 160 last night, when everyone in my group (and i assume everyone else on the server) got some red text come up on their screen that said 'riot mode enabled' a mate looked into it and it has something to do with forcing other clients to run your scripts?can anyone shed any light on this and why someone would be using it on a dayz server?cheers,Luke Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
aidanweld@gmail.com 6 Posted July 5, 2012 They'd be using it to exploit and/or hack. Forcing all other clients to run your script could cause some serious damage. Whether it's killing every player, knowing their location's weapons, etc. There are MANY ways "Riot Mode," can be abused. Always leave if you ever see something fishy like that.Don't worry mate. MaliciousMike 0 Posted July 9, 2012 Unfortunately we have been unable to catch these hackers at work, if you do find one of these hackers, and get a kill on them, please PM me the Username and a screenshot if you can.
