Can something be done about barbed wire?

Can it be removed altogether or changed to where you can just walk through it but are forced to move VERY slow? I don't think anyone enjoys finding a building that's wired up to the point that you absolutely can not hop over. It just seems like all it's good for is griefing other players.

Yes if you have a toolbox you can remove barbed wire. Just aim at the pole between the wires, scroll the mouse wheel and click the remove option.

But how are you supposed to get the toolbox if the room is full of 40 duped barbed wire.. as it is now its just plain pointless.
