Roads only appearing in certain locations

So I'm having an issue in Buldozer where I can place roads in some areas of the map, but if I drag the already spawned road to another part of the map it disappears and looks like it is going "under" the terrain even though I have the terrain leveled.

 

Any ideas?

Thats normal. Place roads on tb where u wanna build ur new roads. Than start bulldozer and ur good. I use the roads tool and do it just in tb.

Click f go to flatern on the road one and it will fix it
