Sharing a Dedicated Server in EU

There are somebody interested to share a ESXi dedicated server with me?

I mean:

1) buy a dedi server from a well known hoster in EU (France, Netherland or Germany) and pay 50%/50%, i can prepare the physical machine (it's my job) with ESXi 6.5 with 2 virtual machines on it, then we can split resources and pay less!

I need 2 cores @ 4,00GHz of CPU, and 8-16GB of RAM.
