memory leak/zombies

This could me but there again I have a few saying the same thing and it's happening to me too so I can run through a town,city and fields getting 65 to 110 fps, but when there are zombies spawning in or I see any my game stutters badly, so did a little test and every time I look at a zombie my frames drop the stutter starts, I look away or go where there are no zombies it stops a few of my friends have also had the same problem too, so calling in anyone from the Dev team to let me know if there could be a problem a leak.
