Hi I'm trying to make some mandatory mod on my server for players and some mods not mandatory (style of admin) Thanks in advance

Well i am still looking for the same thing , unlike Arma 3 had a special access of -servermod start up i am still waiting for initial Server Launch Parameters settings from the Developers. 

For Arma 3 it was simple to use -servermod and you could easily use the Admin related mods easily.
