Tanning lethaer doesnt work?

As you can see in the picture I have everything for leather tanning. https://imgur.com/a/bGUOJ8n

1) I poured water to the barrel. (Only after relog with pot in my hands! It doesnt works anyway.)

2) I waited aftet this for twenty minutes and nothing.

3) And it is impossible to close barrel. As you can see in the picture barrel is open but you can read "F Open". If you use "F", nothing happen. https://imgur.com/a/zncg2p9

What is wrong?
