Help! US Northeast 0-3 stuck offline?

The server crashed at around 12 pm EST and it says that it's back online in the server browser. However, if you try to connect to the server, you can't join and it doesn't give an error message. Not sure if this is even the right place to put this, but I don't know where else to go for help with an official server

Never mind, it came back up some time after the 24 hour mark, but it came with a persistence wipe
