No footsteps or gun sounds in first person

I dont hear any footsteps, gun sounds or coughing in first person

It worked 2 days ago just fine but yesterday when i logged in for the first time in that day there were no sounds for footsteps ect.

I have tried relogging, server hopping, reinstalling, verifying game files messing with the audio setting

Sounds work in third person but when i switch to first person the sounds do stop

PLEASE HELP ME IM RUNNING OUT OF IDEAS
