No message problem.

Lately when i've been playing, i play for a bit before getting the yellow then red chain and a "No message received", when i disconnect and try to reconnect it freezes. Every time this happens the ping numbers on the Launcher all go to 9999 too. Is this a common problem or has my game broke?

Actually, to add to my post this has only been happening the past few days and goes back to normal for a bit when i log back into a server before happening again.
