Shock debuff on every switch.

What happened: Shock debuff happens everytime I log in, no matter which server.

Where you were: Switching to a server

What you were doing: Switching between the below server

*Current installed version: 1.7.1.7

*Server(s) you were on: US191, US201

*Your system specs:

i7 Q820

6GB RAM

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 565v

*Timeline of events before/after error: There was a point where I got the shock debuff, when I started playing on a different server later at night I got the shock debuff, again and again.
