server restart when some specific players try to connect

Hello, i play on a private server with a friend but since the 1.0 update, my friend can't connect on the server. When he try, the server restart.

He try to uninstall and install the game, delete his profiles folder but it does nothing.

We really need help, i have no more ideas. Thx and good game.
