That'll be fine but if you can sneak an i5 into your budget you'll benefit down the road (arma 3 etc.).

Also you didn't hear about this from me but download a cracked version of windows and save yourself $100

Wheres your power source and case? or do you already have it?

I haven't played too many other games yet because of DayZ, but I did install BF3 and have played a little bit of that. It runs great on high at 1680x1050.

My build is pretty much the same, but I have an i5 sandybridge quad core 3.2 ghtz

You should be fine, but remember, every ARMA is a huge CPU hog.

Yeah thats why I recommend going with an i5 because its somewhat future proof (you should be able to play games with it for a long time)

Also most video cards today are actually less power demanding then older generations so 600w is more then enough especially since your not planning on doing any SLI

I have an old Intel Core 2 Extreme Quad 3.0GHz, 8GB RAM, 750GB HD, GTX 470, and I run it fine, just in big cities like cherno or elecktro it kinda fks me over in fps but everywhere else is 50+ fps. Of course my old CPU bottlenecks my GPU but its still decent. I'm sure there will be more performance patches in the near future.
