CEeditor or Typesxml Bugged?

so. editing zombie teritories works fine.

but when i change this in typesxml military and T4

        <nominal>15</nominal>

        <quantmax>90</quantmax>

        <usage name="Military"/>
        <value name="Tier4"/>
    </type>

 

it still spawns in Tier3 (did not check T2 and T1)

is there something i have to do?

this is what it looks like before i safe. i am specifically talking about the area with the tents

Have you deleted the Persistence files? If it already spawned there and saved it will still be there ;)

yes. a few minutes ago i got a reply on reddit, saying tiering does not work. is that true?
