Ban on player name Victor

I was with my friend in cherno, Victor was not anywhere inside the building as i watched him enter a building opposite us. He had a invisible hack and walked right up to me and my friend. the server i was on was upon Chicago8?

You'd need proof that he was hacking. It could just be that there was desync, which even after the 1.60 patch, can still be an issue.

First, multiple players can be named Victor. Players are identified by their PID or GUID. Nobody owns any particular name.

Second, massive desync can cause players to appear where they aren't, and they're able to continue moving and shooting. When the other players sync up with the server, they can find themselves dead.

Third, you need some shred of evidence. At least one additional witness is semi-useful for corroborating a complaint, even if a mere two witnesses (both of whom may have a vested interest in seeing a legitimate player penalized).

Fourth, making absolute, plenary demands of the admins is generally the total opposite way to get us to listen earnestly to your thoughts and grievances.
