My app for auto restart server after crash

Hi guys! I developed application for for server auto restart after crash.

This app check state you server. If server crash, that the application detect it and will restart your server app.

Also the application keeping log it server state. Even if a server to be no response, application kill it process and restart server.

Now you can forget about .but file, which no correct job. Please speak out suggestions regards to the my program
