I can't create account

Hello, I think this is not the place to talk about it but I do not know where to put it.

I would like to report a big bug but I can not even create an account on the site https://feedback.bistudio.com/

I have this message: Unhandled Exception ("AphrontQueryException") # 1114: The table 'metamta_mail' is full

My mailbox is empty and I do not receive mail.
