Legacy .62 servers connection failed

I don't know what's changed but today I cant join a .62 server,I get connection failed.I checked file integrity and I'm still in the box for .62 legacy under properties. I've never had this problem before and I havent changed anything.

Are you sure that server hasn't been upgraded to Stable?

Positive. I've spoken to fragnet and theres 4 servers that stayed .62 legacy.They also show in the steam server browser.
