Bad Loot Economy

Hello,

So i have the standard loot table. but i am noticing that there is almost no loot in military buildings. i've looted whole NWAF and i only found 2 mosins and 1 akm. 

Why is this? 

Does anyone have another loot table?

I haven't had any problem finding an appropriate amount of loot in the military buildings.

This increases the max loot yes. But i’m still having almost no weapons / military gear spawning in military bases.

My server Auto restarts every 4 hours. Could this be the problem for not having the loot to have a chance of respawning/restocking?
