Textures Not Showing

Is anybody else experience no textures  on a  brand new  map  built in the new  terrainbuilder  or ported from old A3 itteration ?

 There are  no log errors 

 Information on cell shows  correct rvmat allocated to cell 

I have looked at rvmat and path is good  and although it says .png  i have also tried to change to paa 

Map works great in game  all textures showing   . no errors  in game or in terrain  or Buldozer logs
