DayZ 0.63 runs phenomenally well but as always there are some things to be aware of.

Object Detail will probably depend most on your CPU but Extreme may actually be perfectly fine
Terrain Detail Medium seems to be where it makes no meaningful difference going higher
Texture Detail depends on your video ram capacity, 6 or 8GB would be enough to leave on Extreme
Clouds Detail mostly personal preference
Shadow Detail having this higher than Medium will wreck your performance unnecessarily in forests or other similar areas. Keep on Medium at most.

Texture Filtering keep on High
Terrain Surface Detail mostly personal preference
Postprocess Antialiasing mostly personal preference
Hardware Anitialiasing apart from Shadows this setting will affect your performance the most, higher than low (2x) is unnecessary.
Foliage Smoothing mostly personal preference
Ambient Occlusion affects performance negatively but is mostly personal preference
Postprocess Quality mostly personal preference
