Can I run it?

Okay, so I tried out Arma2Free on a server with 156 ping, and it ran just fine, I might buy the game tonight, if it ran fine with everything on default, do you guys think that I'll be able to run DayZ on the lowest settings at a reasonable frame rate?

I'm going to buy it first thing tomorrow, but what all do I need, I've heard that you can just buy Operation Arrowhead and get Arma2Free. Or do I have to get Arma2 and OA? If so, then I'll just get Arma2 Combined Ops or whatever it's called.
